Breast Implants

It's time to give your self-confidence a boost

Breast implants are a safe way to be comfortable with the size & shape of your breasts

Enhance your body with natural results

Breast Implants

Do you feel that your breasts are too small or that one is noticeably smaller than the other? Does this impact how you dress? Are you limited to the type of bra you wear in order to help with the asymmetry?

Breast augmentation, or breast implants, is one of the top plastic surgery procedures in Connecticut. Breast implants can be either silicone or saline, and both look quite natural and are very safe. Our breast augmentation / breast implant procedure benefits women who are dissatisfied with their breast size or who have suffered changes in the shape of their breasts from weight loss or having children. Breast enlargement can also help when one breast is noticeably smaller than the other.

To be a candidate for breast implants, you must not be pregnant or breast feeding, your breasts should have stopped developing, and you should be in good health. When arriving for you initial consultation, we ask that you please bring a non-padded bra in the size you desire to be. Please also know that insurance does not cover this surgical procedure.

Deborah Pan, MD and Javier Davila, MD, our board-certified surgeons, have 1,000s of happy breast implant patients that have trusted them to have this surgery provided over the past 17 years since they have been in practice together.

Many patients also choose to add a breast lift, tummy tuck or liposuction.

Breast Augmentation / Breast Implant or Breast Enhancement Procedure

Our patients always say they enjoy feeling more comfortable in their clothing, a more balanced look to their figure when looking in a mirror, and an enhanced confidence while in social circles.

Silicone vs. Saline Breast Implants

The difference between silicone breast implants and saline breast implants is their texture. Silicone implants are softer and feel more natural than saline implants but are also more expensive. Costs of both augmentation surgeries are determined during your cosmetic consultation. Use of the Keller funnel has now allowed silicone breast augmentations without the historically longer scars of the past.  Augmentation results can be extremely natural, with no obvious signs that breasts implants have been added.

Breast Implant Augmentation Surgery Recovery

Recovery from breast implant surgery is usually short. Most people are able to return to non-physical work after the first week of recovery. Soreness and swelling should diminish over the first two weeks. Scars from the breast augmentation surgery will fade over time.
