From I-91: Take exit 3/Trumbull Street and at the first light, turn left.
From I-95: Take exit 47 towards I-91 North.
Go ahead one block and then turn left onto Audubon Street. Esana is located at the end of the block.

You can park anywhere on Audubon Street or State Street. Please be aware that there is only metered parking available (coins & credit cards accepted). Garage Parking is also available on State Street.

What To Expect When You Arrive
At your first appointment, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to check in and fill out any additional paperwork. To save time, you may pre-check-in using the myTouchMD patient portal. Once your chart is processed, you will meet your practitioner and any other staff who will be involved in your care.
We do ask kindly that, if possible, to leave small children at home and that mobile phones be placed on vibrate to ensure uninterrupted care.
